BE ON WATCH...
We now have block captains for our neighborhood watch. You should have been contacted by your block captain. Talk to your neighbors and let them know if you plan to be out of town or if you have out of town guests arriving. We need to keep a watchful eye out for each other and also be aware of vehicles coming and going or activity that may be suspicious.
If you see anything or anyone suspicious at any time within our community do not hesitate to call the Sheriff's office at 615-790-5550 and they can send someone out to patrol and check it out. That is what they are there for!

Leash Law!
Just a reminder there is a leash law for Williamson County. Within our Lake Colonial Estates Restrictive covenants, Section 4, "all animals shall be confined to their owner's property and otherwise comply with county ordinances." The HOA Board can't enforce the law, only the county authorities can. We can reach out to neighbors on your behalf as a board and we always encourage you to take time to talk to your neighbor if there is a loose animal issue, otherwise you will need to call the County Animal Control if violations continue.
Williamson County Animal Control DISPATCH (615)790.5759 (if you see a loose dog)
Animal Control Officers will occassionally do drive-throughs of LCE.
Violators, those with animals at large and or no rabies tag, could face a misdemeanor charge in addition to $342.50 in court costs and fines for each violation.
Fishing passes! Please have your fishing pass with you when you fish. This helps signify you are a resident and helps protect your private lake from others fishing illegally.
